Small orders only work when the fee is visible. These are Seamvector’s fees and minimums, published so you can budget before you send a tech pack. Every figure is confirmed again on the costing for your style.
100 pcs per style is the floor. 50 pcs is possible only on stock fabric, at a higher price.
Starting ranges by lane: jersey and fleece basics, 150–300 pcs per colour on custom-dyed fabric, fewer on stock colours; flat-knit knitwear, 100–200 pcs per style on stock yarn colours; utility and workwear, 150–300 pcs per style on stock canvas and twill. Denim is quoted from about 300 pcs. The ranges are working figures, confirmed per style at costing.
100–150 USD per style, credited against our service fee when the style goes to bulk. The brand pays for the sample itself and its courier.
10–12% of the FOB value, with a minimum of 350 USD per order. It is on its own invoice and never folded into the unit price. For CMT orders the fee is quoted at costing.
The factory is the exporter. You pay it by bank transfer in stages: a deposit when the order is placed, and the balance before shipment, once the final inspection has passed. Seamvector does not pre-finance orders and does not hold your money.
Send a tech pack, or a reference garment and target price. You get a numbered query list and a feasibility note within one business day; costing follows once the queries are closed, with the minimum and the fees for your style.
It is its own line on its own invoice, never folded into the unit price. The unit price you pay the factory is the factory’s price.
