A buying house sits between an overseas buyer and Bangladeshi factories. It picks factories against the tech pack, runs costing and sampling, follows production and inspection, and handles shipping documents, so the buyer does not manage each factory separately.

One accountable contact and one record instead of several factory relationships. We handle factory selection, costing, follow-up and inspection; you see the record. If you already have a factory you trust, going direct is reasonable, and we can also run it for you as a nominated factory.

Every style has one record, every check carries a time, and the buyer sees what we see. Software reads the tech pack and watches the calendar; people decide the factory, the fix and which delay to flag, and a named person answers your email.

Emerging and growing brands ordering 100–1,000 pieces per style: brands moving from blanks or print-on-demand to their own cut-and-sew, and brands moving a small program out of China or adding a lower-cost second source alongside Portugal or Turkey.

Seamvector was founded in 2026, so it is new. The method is the proof: a timestamped record for every style that you can check yourself on your first order.

Three lanes: jersey and fleece basics (heavyweight tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, polos), flat-knit knitwear (crew sweaters, cardigans, knit polos, vests, beanies), and utility and workwear (chore jackets, overshirts, canvas and twill pants, aprons, chef wear, scrubs). Each has its own page.

Loungewear, denim (from about 300 pcs), kids, performance activewear, outerwear, lingerie, leather goods, gloves and footwear, and woven shirts and trousers. We quote them per style when a brand asks, and say plainly if no capable factory exists.

100 pcs per style is the floor. Starting ranges: jersey and fleece basics 150–300 pcs per colour on custom-dyed fabric, fewer on stock colours; flat-knit knitwear 100–200 pcs per style on stock yarn colours; utility and workwear 150–300 pcs per style on stock canvas and twill. 50 pcs is possible only on stock fabric, at a higher price. The figure is confirmed at costing.

Both; FOB is the default. On FOB we source fabric and trims and the factory delivers a finished, packed order. CMT, where you supply the fabric and trims, is available for styles where you already hold the material.

A development fee of 100–150 USD per style, credited against our service fee when the style goes to bulk. A service fee of 10–12% of FOB, with a minimum of 350 USD per order, on its own invoice and never folded into the unit price. The factory is the exporter: you pay it a deposit, then the balance before shipment once the final inspection has passed. We do not pre-finance orders or hold your money. Saiful. A named person reads and answers every email within one business day; software keeps the record and people make the calls.

Yes. A nominated factory goes through the same checks — audit status, capability for the style, floor load — and you get the same record. If it does not pass, we tell you why and propose alternatives.

We do, against the approved sample. Inline checks are photographed and timestamped on the floor. Before the final we run an internal pre-final assessment, so that final goods do not get rejected. The final inspection is to AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor, critical 0 — General Inspection Level II, normal severity (ISO 2859-1) — or to your protocol, and its report carries photo evidence and the measurement record. A third-party inspector of your choice is welcome on the same record.

Any market, but requirements differ by destination — labelling, restricted substances, documents. Tell us the market at enquiry and it is built into the tech pack review, not discovered at booking.

Sampling takes two to four weeks per round and bulk production two to three months from the approved pre-production sample, fabric permitting; treat that as a guide. Your dated calendar comes with the costing and replaces it.
